Retreat
Students in grades 6-12 will start off the school year with a retreat away from school. The purpose is to help get the students comfortable with each other and with their teachers. Many friendships will be formed on the retreats. Speakers will be brought in for spiritual emphasis. Team building and leadership activities will also be a key part of each retreat. Retreats may also have fun activities such as tubing behind a boat, climbing walls, zip lines, the blob, water slides, laser tag, and much more!

Chapel
Each Thursday morning, our secondary students gather for a time of worship, biblical teaching, and spiritual encouragement during chapel. Throughout the year, students will hear from a variety of pastors, missionaries, ministry leaders, and Christian professionals who challenge and inspire them to grow in their faith. In addition to our weekly chapels, students may participate in special revival services held over several days, as well as meaningful worship services during our annual school retreat.
Chapel is more than just a service—it is an opportunity for students to actively participate in worship. Our students play a vital role by leading worship, serving in various aspects of the service, and using their God-given gifts to encourage and minister to their peers. These experiences help cultivate spiritual leadership, strengthen our school community, and encourage students to develop a lifelong relationship with Christ.
Career Day
Our annual Career Day gives students the opportunity to explore a wide variety of professions through the experiences of local professionals and community leaders. Throughout the day, guest speakers share insights about their careers, including the education, skills, and experiences that have shaped their journeys. Students then participate in breakout sessions where they can engage more personally with professionals in the career fields that interest them most, ask questions, and gain a deeper understanding of potential future opportunities. Career Day is designed to inspire students to discover how their unique talents, interests, and God-given gifts can be used to serve others and glorify Christ in the workplace.
